We made costumes for a Carnaval parade...but because we glopped on the glitter fabric paint so heavily, it didn't dry in time for the parade.
We made Brazilian cheese puff bread - very easy and yummy! Kate and Lucy made a batch...
And Ava and Olivia (closely observed by Lucy) made a batch. Zoe helped everyone of course.
Then we enjoyed some fruit and bread...
...and pipoca or pink popcorn that Brazilians enjoy during Carnaval.
Then we danced to some salsa music! Zoe really got in the mood and flung her vest off.

We are lucky to have sweet friends!
Maybe not super authentic, but still a hit!
